Pad Thai is Thailands National dish and likely the most popular order at the majority of Thai restaurants.
It is a noodle stir fry dish traditionally made up of rice noodles, shrimp, tofu, eggs and a deeply flavored, sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is usually consists of ingredients such as fish sauce, tamarind paste, dried shrimp and palm sugar.

INGRÉDIENTS:

  • 200 grams thinly sliced chicken breast
  • Thai rice noodles soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes
  • Tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 oeuf
  • ½ TBS Dry baby shrimps
  • 1 TBS Pickled radish
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Fresh bean sprouts
  • Garlic chives or garlic green leaves

Méthode:

  • Add oil to a pan and add chicken and fry until cooked.
  • Add pickled radish and dried baby shrimps
  • Add egg and scramble until the egg is cooked
  • Add the noodles,
  • Add the pad thai sauce
  • Add fresh bean sprouts, garlic chives.
  • Serve with crush peanuts, chilli powder and fresh lime.
