FRIED RICE WITH CHICKEN

I’m not sure why but I have very few rice dishes on my site.

Time to change that with this easy, one-skillet recipe that’s ready in 20 minutes and better than takeout.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken breast finely sliced
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Kale
  • Spring onions
  • Cut all above into small pieces.
  • 1 TBS oil.
  • 1 TBS fish sauce
  • ½ TBS soya sauce
  • Light soya
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Lime
  • Rice

Method:

  • Add vegetable oil to a pan and add the chicken.
  • When the chicken is cooked add the egg and scramble it.
  • Add all other ingredients and fry until tender.
  • Add rice at the end and serve on a plate.
